Each menu or buffet will be custom designed individually to your requirements, or we can suggest ideas if you are not sure what to provide for your guests.

Warm salad of flash grilled ribeye strips and blue stilton, balsamic caramel.
Classic cocktail of prawns and crispy bacon, marie rose, mixed leaves.
Chargrilled chicken breast on a sweet chili salad.
White wine cream risotto of wild mushrooms, topped with wild rocket.

Pan roast salmon fillet with spring onion mash, wilted spinach and a prawn and dill cream.

Tagliatelle of roasted vegetables with chestnuts and vine tomatoes, finished with mixed salad and parmesan.
